Trouble logging in
Hi all,
I've got the desire to play again after a long absence. The hurdle is getting past the security question. I'm pretty sure I remember my character name, however it was a Dervish. My question is, if I'm trying to login without Nightfall installed, would the character not appear? (and thus stop me logging in even if I have the password and char name correct?) |

No, the login is account based.
Once you have logged in (I assume after a re-install or new computer?) it'll start to download any expansions or updates associated with your account. Max |

Yes. If you created a support ticket and hooked up your account to an email account you will receive an email in about a business day, maybe faster.
